About the Pocono Mountains 

The Pocono Mountains comprise a vast 2,400 square miles in the northeast region of Pennsylvania encompassing Carbon, Monroe, Pike, and Wayne Counties.  

It is an area of incredible natural beauty, with lush deciduous forests, spectacular waterfalls, historical landmarks, one of the oldest mountain ranges in the world, the Appalachians, and the beautiful Delaware River.
